Podiatrist | Foot and Ankle Surgeon
Dr. Chloe Mulligan provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for foot and ankle conditions. She has advanced training in both podiatric and orthopedic techniques and treats a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, trauma, tendon injuries, deformities, fractures, diabetic foot conditions, and chronic foot and ankle pain. She has special interests in minimally invasive surgery, ankle replacement, reconstructive surgery, and deformity correction.
Originally from Huntingdon, England, Dr. Mulligan grew up in a military family and lived in several states, including Alaska. She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a comprehensive Foot & Ankle Surgical Residency at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, where she trained alongside specialists in both orthopedics and podiatry.
Dr. Mulligan believes in partnering with each patient to restore function, relieve pain, and help them stay active by using the least invasive treatment approach whenever possible.
